Some of the homes we rent out are in the Villa Amalia complex. This brand new complex (very popular after being shown on Dutch TV) is located in the leading (villa) district of La Veleta in the south of Torrevieja. The sea is 200 meters away and the nearest wide white sandy beach is Playa de los Náufragos which is 800 meters away. This beach is on the way to the city center, which is 1.5 kilometers from the complex.
If you continue further south towards La Zenia (Orihuela Costa), you drive, walk or cycle along the sea and various beautiful beaches. 200 meters from the complex are two large supermarkets, some restaurants, cafés, beachclubs and a bus stop. In a relatively quiet area, you have all the facilities at hand!

The environmentally friendly Ecoresidential Villa Amalia complex was completed in 2017 and is a true holiday paradise. The luxury homes have a living room, two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms with floor heating, private outdoor space (balcony and/or (roof) terrace) a fully equipped kitchen, TV, climate control (both hot and cold air throughout the property) and a washing machine.
The complex features an elevator, free Wi-Fi, 3 swimming pools (1 of which is heated) and a gym. Guests can make free use of all the facilities. Under the complex there is a spacious parking garage. A parking space costs €5,- per night or €90,- per month. Public parking along the road is free. If you want to rent a bicycle, a boat or a car, we can arrange this for you. A shuttle service to- or from the airport is also available upon request.
Villa Amalia is completely fenced. The swimming pools are also protected by fences so your children can safely play outside. The complex has been built with the purpose of making optimal use of the sun, that way the houses also have maximum sunshine during winter. The insulation and ventilation are perfectly arranged, keeping the temperature in your holiday home comfortable.
Towels and bed linen are included. Children’s chairs and cots can be arranged based on availability, reservation required.
