This holiday home is fantastic. The location is perfect for the beach, restaurants and entertainment. A beautiful home, very well maintained and the letting agents were also fantastic, check in/out was a breeze. Definitely coming back.

Great apartment, really modern and clean. Very close to the supermarket and just a short drive to Villa Martin square and the beach. The big balcony made it for us, would recommend to any of our friends or family.

The apartment is amazing! Looks exactly like in the pictures or even better. It was clean, Very aesthetically furnished and comfortable. Nearest Aldi is 5 min away. The pool was clean and quite big. Top roof terrace is perfect for evening glass of wine – view of the sunset over pink lakes is beautiful. The only small minuses are the distance to the center (you have to walk 25-30 min) and the nearest beach is not good. But I am sure that if I ever go back to Torrevieja, I will rent this apartment again.

Safe and secure for families. Easy access to all amenities. Supermarket and Restaurants 10 min walk.

Very nice, new and clean apartment. Perfect for our family of five. Best thing was the large balcony overlooking the pool area. The host was really hospitable upon checkin and truly nice and understanding when we lost track of time and checked out a bit too late. I would recommend this to everyone who wants a nice place to stay during their time in Orihuela.

We have just had 5 days here as a girls trip and we could not fault this apartment one bit. The beach is within a 15 minute walk, shopping located at the end of the road, pool area beautifully clean. The apartment is well packed with amenities and is spotless. I would definitely return here and I will be recommending this apartment to others. Thank you!

Just finishing up our last night after a 10 night stay. What a Place, fab! Very modern, sleek, clean place. The pools (3) and rooftop solarium, with cover, came in very handy because the weather was very hot. You would probably need a car during your stay, as there is loads to see in the region. The nice beach is about a 10 minute walk & Aldi a 3 minute walk. The only thing I could find fault with was that there is no microwave, but we made do with the hob. . . maybe that’s just me being lazy. . . the place still gets 5 stars. Thank you Ineke & Izabela.

A really lovely apartment with everything you could think of. Very helpful host .Linda who meet us with the keys was also very helpful. Location is on a main road opposite a large shopping centre. But didn’t mind this as it was very handy for food shopping and a pit stop for a coffee or beer ! . Would recommend and definitely return.

Very well located..right opposite LaZenia Boulevard. Ground floor, modern apartment looking at a good sized pool. There was table tennis and boules, plus a small play park for under 5s in the block. Very clean and very family friendly but would also suit couples. Parking spot right outside and within 5 minutes drive of cabo roig and cala capitan beaches. Other favourite beach of ours is Moncayo which is only about 15 mins or so away. Really easy to have a day out to Cartegena which is a must and is only 45 mins away. About 45 mins from alicante. The apartment was clean and well sized. Location was fantatcos couldnt have picked it better really

I stayed here with my brother and my mum for a week. The apartment itself was very spacious and well maintained. Most importantly it was clean and had everything you could need. The roof terrace was a lovely feature and between that and the garden patio area we were spoilt for outdoor private space to relax in the warm evenings. All the appliances are modern and this would be an excellent option for anybody with a bigger family than ours. Nothing was too much trouble even when we were delayed and arrived late. The location is excellent and only around a 10 minute walk to the main beach, or 5 minutes to a smaller one. There are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from and the whole of Villa Amalia felt very safe. We had a wonderful week away, and will most definitely be returning!

Stunning apartment in a quiet location , walking distance to beach and supermarkets. Town centre about 25 mins walk easy taxi ride buses are a bit hit and miss . Anything you need in the appartment including washing machine which is great to wash sandy towels!

Lovely villa, great location and Ineke is a great host who will respond to any queries quickly. The gym and heated pool is an extra benefit which we welcomed. Aldi is a 5 minute walk away from the villa. Favourite Italian restaurant in Torrevieja is Roma next to the waterfall.

We rented Villa Amalia 34 for 14 days, from 23.03.2019 to 06.04.2019. The apartment is modern and well equipped. Both the balcony and the roof terrace are sunny and have nice views to the pool area. Very nice house with excellent equipment. We travelled with a 1,5 y.o baby and found everything well preparead for our needs. Beautiful garden with a pool and wonderful playground. We were very warm welcomed and taken care of. I wish to go back soon.

We booked on the morning as we were travelling around Spain and had loose plans.The host was brilliant and got back to me straightaway to say that she could organise it,even at such short notice. The villa was immaculately clean and even nicer than on the pictures.The complex was quiet and there were only a few families holidaying there so plenty of room in the pool. There were two supermarkets close by and the town itself not too far away-we didn’t venture in as we just wanted a couple of days to relax whilst en route to Malaga but I think there are plenty of bars and restaurants. The facilities in the apartment are excellent-a large assortment of cutlery/crockery/cooking utensils and a lovely range of pillows.The security was also excellent and we felt very safe. This was my first time renting with Airbnb and I’m sure it was the best experience I could have had. Thank you for your hospitality ????

4 nights @ 5 stars modern spot-on apartment. Quick reliable communication with staff. 5 mins walk to Aldi and shore. Nearest restaurants only 5 mins walk away. Convenient garage just steps down. Big patio with comfortable furniture. Pool and gym right by apartment. We truly recommend a stay in Villa Amalia 13 and this gated community.

This apartment, the complex and the local area exceeded our expectations, everything was fantastic. Ineka is a great host, very nice and responsive too. We really appreciated her help and advice generally but specifically in terms of getting to and from the airport. When you arrive at this beautiful apartment there is a folder with all relevant information, this is very helpful. The pools and the gardens are beautiful and local shops and sea front within a short walking distance as are many local food outlets. It’s got everything!!! ;0)

I’ve enjoyed my stay at Amalia 34 very much! It was very clean (the most important thing when I travel) and the host/owner was very helpfull. I loved the sun at the roofterrace a lot! Also enjoyed the heated swimmingpool and the sportfacilities. Within a 5 minutes walk you come across two good supermarkts and the beautifull ocean. Torrevieja is a great place to stay! I loved the view of the sea at the boulevard and the nice restaurants. Especially Beet and Keeper for their nice vegetarian food.

Apartment was exactly as pictures, very clean, modern. Heated swimming pool a real bonus with kids. Walking distance to small beach. Located ~7mins either direction from 2 good malls. Walking distance to Aldi.

We had a great stay at Orange Holiday Housing in Torrevieja. The apartment was nice and clean. The walk from the beach to the city centre is a nice walk. We also went to Alicante, its only 45 minutes away from Torrevieja. We only went for a weekend and we know we will return, because there’s much more to see in and around Torrevieja.

The appartment is modern, neat and clean. There are gym facilities to do some exercise, swimingpools to cool down, the beach and supermarket are on walking distance.
We visited Alicante, and spent one day in Torrevieja, but there is much more to see and do!

Everything was perfect, very clean and brand new. We enjoyed and used the rooftop terrace for both breakfast and relaxing evenings. Check in and out was very smooth. The host, Ineke, was very easy to contact, she asked several times if everything was fine (and indeed it was!).

Very clean and well stocked apartment. Nice position out of main drag but walking distance to all amenities. Good communication by all concerned and offered at very short notice so well done. All in all, a very nice stay.
